Problems Connecting Target in 3.3

When attempting to connect to the target server on my robot, i get 91% of the way there before an error appears:

I am trying to connect via ethernet cable into my robot's radio.
I can Deploy and Undeploy but cannot debug.
I'm using Wind River 3.3 with new WPILib uptdate.
I would really like to be able to debug with WindRiver, so all the advice i could get would be greatlly apreciated.
