SideCar and c-Rio Problems

We Finished Building the KitBot for testing purposes and reimaged the c-Rio, and we have succesfully deployed code to it, but the Jaguars lights dont go solid when we enable teleop, the motors dont move, and the indicator light is not running at all. On our drive station it says we aren't getting any communication to or from our I/O Module and we need to set it to I/O module 1 or 2, We need help solving this problem, I am relitively new at LabView so as much detail as possible would be nice!

Can you check that your modules are in the correct slots. They are in numerical order, different than last year.

Might not be the issue, but this might be a more obscure thing for teams to discover so I'll post it here.

Between the IO module and the Sidecar, are you using the DB37 cable included in this year's black tote? FIRST posted a note on their website that some of these cables were assembled incorrectly and need some rework:
