cRio is missing nisyscfg.dll

When we try loading our cRio 2012 Imaging Tool it says it's missing nisyscfg.dll. Any ideas? Thanks.

Install the FRC Tools install from the NI USB card.

What is this NI USB card? Is it on the FRC USB image? It doesn't seem likely though... We also have this problem.

It's in a LabVIEW 2011 envelope that looks like it might hold a CD.

Are those files avalable to download anywhere we can't find them as we moved labs.

You need to download the NI System Configuration runtime, and it will install the necessary files.
