Trouble imaging cRIO II

Going through the recommended steps for imaging the cRIO II. While running imaging app, process either hangs up or we receive following error.
Unable to complete operation because of unexpected error:

Possible reason(s):

NI System Configuration: (Hex 0x800404B0) Timeout while waiting for reboot. System is offline.

Imaging tool does "see" cRIO - verifying network between PC and device OK.
