Kinect gestures

I've just been thinking, would teams need to program gestures for the kinect sensor for different actions?

Re: Kinect gestures

It may be advantageous to set up digital controls that execute functions, such as, if left foot is forward, shoot. You can access the angles between the points with built in joystick data or using a function KING TeC put together that enables you to read the angle between any three points on the body. It can be found here.

Re: Kinect gestures

I believe you can do that, although there are preprogrammed gestures built in, so you just call it like you would a normal Joystick
