No sunspotfrcsdk folder

It is said in the documentation that the sunspotfrcsdk folder comes with the Netbeans plugins. After installing the plugins, however, we have no such folder. Is there a place to download it? Does it come with other software aswell?

The net beans plugin should be downloaded,

If you open preferences/misc/FRC-something

you can define where the sunspotsdk is, I'm not sure why you wouldn't have it, but this would be the first place to check.
