Couple of thoughts:
Are you running the imaging tool as Administrator? (It can help in some cases) Are you connecting via ethernet 1 and are other network ports on the host computer turned off or disabled? What is the status of the DIP switches? A picture of your setup could also go a long way to solving your problem. |
