Another issue with reimaging EO9 Classmate

I have followed all of the steps given from FIRST at http://www.usfirst.org/sites/default...ation_Rev0.pdf

When I try to boot from the flash drive, it goes through and runs fine, but when I restarted the computer afterward, it now says

"BOOTMGR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart"

I looked and BOOTMGR is on the flash drive that I have been using to reimage the computer.

PLEASE HELP!!
