How to mount hub to window motor?
Hey guys, was wondering how you attach the black window motor hub to the window motor, i know they slip on fine, but what keeps them from coming off? Do i have to drill my own set-screw or something?

Re: How to mount hub to window motor?
You can do it that way, just don't drill too deep as the white plastic part that spins rides on a steel pin that doesn't spin. It doesn't take much to hold the black adapter on. We used pressure to hold them on last year. By using a shaft that is inserted in the other side with light pressure applied from a bearing opposite the motor.

Re: How to mount hub to window motor?
We found the easiest way to keep them on their is to get a star clip and push it into the metal pole after the hub is inserted. One start clip is used on the cim to hold a gear on it. Something similar to that. You may need a different size though
