Just remember these valves will slow down the cylinder but will not reduce force. As squirrel said, the only way to reduce force is to reduce the air pressure or use a smaller diameter cylinder.

you can put a secondary pressure regulator on to reduce air pressure, the one to use for that is the one with the yellow ring.
