team member permabanned for unspecified reason

one of our team member was permabanned form CD for no apparent reason (reason: unspecified), he hasn't posted at all, and is one of our captains.
his username is inkling16.

It's very difficult to moderate a forum this big. I know on our own little team forum there are constant attacks, I can't imaging trying to stop these attacks on a board this big.

I am sure that users will be mistaken for trouble and banned by mistake, especially if they use email from domains that cause a lot difficulties. It's just a fact of life on a big forum like this. Best thing is to email the moderators and request reinstatement.

It could be the fact that he hasn't posted that made him look "suspicious". Feel free to let the moderators know and they will set it straight. They always do.

CD also said i was banned with no reason given yesterday. However, about 20 minutes later, i re-logged in, and it worked perfectly fine and didn't say anything. I think there's just some bug. Have him try logging in again.

It definitely sounds more like a glitch than a human error. The mods wouldn't ban so many people without a good reason.

Our lead programming mentor was permabanned earlier int he season. I can vouch that Mary is a very reputable person and would never do the CD Community no harm.

Well, for some reason, i was able to log in 10 or 20 minutes after it said i got banned, and i didn't tell anyone to message or do something about me being unbanned. i feel there may be some kind of glitch/bug/something going on. this seems to be more than a coincidence.

My friend got banned too, all i did was email the webmaster and he responded very fast. He said that he disabled some accounts due to them not being active. My friend was unbanned within 24 hours.
