Good to hear you got it fixed. I have found two things over the years:

1) Always read and follow the documentation carefully. Even if you've done it for years there is often new twist, step, or caveat.

2) If the docs 'suggest' something, assume it was the only thing thoroughly tested.

Every year I try and do it the 'quick' way, and every year I end up going back to the docs and fixing something that would have worked (and taken less time) if I had gone step by step. One day I will learn.
