I really suggest your looking at the 1836 '09 robot. It implemented the Urethane belts fairly well. IIRC it used 2.5" Delrin turned to have 4 grooves for the pulleys with a 1/2" Keyed bore. 1515 is going with 2.5" ABS with riveted AM Wedgetop tread.
