cRIO Problem

Our team is having an issue with our cRIO. We're able to run code on our older cRIO but not the new one. We get a message that says "cannot connect to OTA sever" and we're told to reset it, however that doesn't seem to work.

Has anyone else had this problem/does anyone know how to fix it?
