In the Eliminations, if the match is stopped by the Head Ref, it's replayed on the spot--no timeouts, no backup teams. [T31].

Im guessing teams have the opportunity to change their battery in an event like this? I know we got to change our robot battery last year when there was a field problem (not with our robot), it took 10-15 minutes to fix.

Not specified. I would assume that that would be allowed, but if the ref/FTA/FTAA were in a hurry, they might just say, "get back out there!"
