Under NO circumstances can you violate the motor rules.
If by some completely wild chance the dewalt drill had a 775 or 550 motor that they bought from banebots then you are good to go. In reality it doesn't have that motor so you have to pull the motor off and replace it. A COTS item doesnt' make the motor rule go away. |
