You are really going back aren't you? The label difference came at a time that IFI was in transition. In that season there was a lot of misinformation floating around and we were told at one point not to allow one color on the robot. It caused significant stress for teams and inspectors. After speaking at length with one of the IFI reps (pre FTA) at a regional, I found that there is no difference between the two other than one has the old label and the other has the new. However, those old ones may be pre-conformal coating. I would open them and clean them to be sure they haven't picked up any stray metal that doesn't belong. Also check that the fans are still working without noise or vibration. The fan on the Victor is as essential as the one inside the Jag.
