Can't get the 2CAN to work or access the web server

Our team decided to switch to CAN bus this year and wanted to use the 2CAN.
I have followed the directions to setup the 2CAN but it still doesn't work. It won't let me access the web server. It is always blinking fast orange too if that helps. The software utillity also detects it also. We have it flashed to 2.21 and
the rev-66 plugin for the cRIO loaded too.

Make sure your computer's IP settings are correct. The 2CAN will still appear in the firmware utility even if the IP settings are different. The firmware utility uses a broadcast message to detect any 2CAN's on the bus. In order to open the web dash you need to make sure that the pc is on the correct subnet. The firmware utility can do this for you if you select "generate settings from 2CAN".

We figured it out. The web browser usually uses a proxy server. We had to uncheck this in options in IE.
