Not quite as strategic as Settlers, but pretty entertaining is
Polarity. Basically, you've got to use magnetic fields to lean magnets against other magnets, and as the board starts to fill up you start getting unintended consequences as the fields begin to interact. It's great to play with a lot of people, it has suspense kind of like Jenga. (It's also fun to just play with the magnets)
