cRIO Not working when powered

When the cRIO is connected to the power distribution board with the battery on the cRIO does not power on with all the connections securely on the robot.

Ensure you have wired the crio correctly, it should have special connectors. Can you post a picture?

Make sure you have no metal shavings in side your NI-RIO. That is a big problem with my team (though we installed Gaskets in it this time )

Re: cRIO Not working when powered

Check that the LED next to the 24V supply on the Power Distribution board is lit up. Use a digital multimeter to verify that 24V is measured between the positive and negative terminals of the connector. IF 24V is reaching the cRIO and the cRIO power light does not turn on you have almost certainly burnt out the internal fuse. Contact NI for repairs.
