If by "old" you mean "retrieved from a previous Robot", then [R15] says you include the component's undepreciated cost (i.e., the price at which a Vendor offered the component in the year it was first used) in the cost accounting.
If the component was not used on a previous Robot, then I don't know. But the price you actually paid, or else the price at which a new one is available from a Vendor (per [R23]) seems like the right way to account for its cost.
