Trying to install Utilities update

When I try to install the 2012 utilities update on the usb provided in the kit of parts and error pops up saying "Please insert the lask disk of the Multi-Volume set and click OK to continue." When I try to unzip the file, the same error comes up and then another error pops up that says " The compressed (zipped) folder is empty. Before you can extract files, you must cop files to this compressed (zipped) folder." Have any ideas? Thanks

Re: Trying to install Utilities update

Which USB drive are you referring to? Neither of the ones I'm thinking of has a utilities update.
