Looks really cool!
Three questions:
Are those just AndyMark gears from the SuperShifter Gearbox?
What are the speeds?
Did you water jet the plates, laser cut, CNC, etc?

The gears are mostly stolen from a pair of AndyMark Shifters that we bought a couple of years ago to learn how to make a 2 speed drive. We just bought the corresponding Super Shifter axles and used the gears, since they're the same. The third stage is a 56:17 ratio, so it includes a CIMple box gear and the optional 17 tooth gear from the 17:48 Super Shifter option.

We are direct driving an 8" AndyMark pneumatic wheel on each box, so that should give us something like 5 fps / 12 fps.

The plates were laser cut by a local sponsor that came on board this year (D.A.D. Manufacturing).

The general idea of the pocketed gear plates is inspired by the 2011 designs that we saw from teams 254 and 973. Even though their boxes are two stage, it was really helpful to see what their gear plates look like from the great materials they've posted on the web (973 CAD + 254 season blogs).
