CAN Jaguar losing power temporarily

Yes, the possible faults are listed below. But I am not sure which of the following faults will cause it to lose configuration. I figured that if it loses the state of the PowerCycled flag, it is a good indication that it has lost its configuration. It would be nice if somebody from TI can confirm it.
