New version of C++ plugins for Workbench

There's a new version of the C++ plugins for Workbench. The new library includes a number of fixes including a vision example for tracking the 2012 targets. A few methods were added to the Vision classes to make it possible. The sample program also includes a set of images of targets that you can download to the cRIO or use with the NIVisionAssistant for testing.

It's available here: http://firstforge.wpi.edu/sf/frs/do/...2_update_for_c
