I can't change the config.pro file

Does anybody out there know how to change the default config.pro file for the students version of ProE. I want to add some mapkeys and the such.

Thanks,

Steve throndset

Re: I can't change the config.pro file

You cannot change the system config.pro file located in the software installation folder unless you have administrative access to the machine. However, the config.pro file can be located in (3) places
  • System Folder
  • Working Directory
  • Home (My Documents)

You can copy the existing config.pro file to your "My Documents" folder or the folder you always start Creo from (ie. c:\proe_work"). You can even create a new config.pro file in either of these locations and simply save your mapkeys in it. There is no requirement to make a copy of the system config.pro file.
