Looks like they are still accepting proposals. Bill's Blog made a comment stating that they are.

The process takes a while. I'll see if I can find a contact person for you to e-mail your questions to. I've been on the selection committee for the past few years and I know it takes a while. I also know that it can be very frustrating to the folks who have submitted abstracts and are waiting to hear something. Be back as soon as I can. Jane

Greetings Presenters This is a quick update to inform you that your presentation proposals are currently being examined and discussed, and we should be able to inform you of the status of your proposals within the next week.
