it must be very easy to drive
The other night local TV had a segment on Segway and they showed the reporter driving it in a hallway and then through a doorway with no problem. It must be pretty intuitive if she was able to do that with little or no practice.
They also showed someone tipping it from one wheel to the other (I think to address the reporter's question about Michigan potholes), and it looked really stable. Impressive. I'd still hate to get run over by one on the sidewalk...
