What are the rollers made of; they don't look like pvc? Also, what is your gear ratio and which motors are you using?

The roller themselves are 3inch SCH 80 PVC pipe, with custom end caps made from Polyethylene plastic.
We used the SCH 80 since with a wall thickness of .3inches we were able to lathe in groves deep enough for the 1/4 poly cord belting.
The Motors at RS550s with a 16:1 p60, and a 1:1 pulley.

Electronics should be done by this weekend.
Aiming to have the shooter and bridge mechanism done by weds...

We have learned quite a bit this year. Going from doing things by eye and hand drills to a Team that CADs and CNCs has been quite an experience. And in some ways this has slowed us down this year, with delays with CAD issues and finalizing designs. But as they say, live and learn.
