4 Rectangles

We tried the rectangle target processing and have does it tracking with one rectangle. But when we tried with 2 rectangles, the highest one and the lowest one,we were only able to track one of them using the code. Do we have to enable some code in that to be able to see all four? :S And in Teleop.vi we are able to get the distance and x and y corordinate, but trying to get that in Autonomous, does not work. :S Any help? Tnx
