I get several blank pages in the cookbook. Page 71 and 74 have verbiage on top but a complete blank page underneath? Was this intentional? Does anyone else have this problem?

Did anyone get this issue resolved. I am also running windows XP and am unable to see the Command based menu. We are new to C++ this year and wanted to look at the command based approach.

When I look at installed tools, it shows FRC Cpp Development Tools 1.0.0.3 with status showing that the feature is configured properly. I do not get any of the menus for adding the new Command elements
