In addition to advice from here, you might also send a request for help to your RD, 2 Assistant RD's, VISTA and Senior Mentor. Lots of teams and help available on the ground in DC.

OK, the rollers seem to be plastic pipe, and the yellow stuff is Urethane Round Belting, available from many sources such as www.mcmaster.com (but probably not Home Depot or Lowes)
