Go to Post Belts are a fine way of transferring power in a robot. Like chains, gears, drive shafts, viscous couplings or any other means of transmission they require some care and attention on you're part. But no one said this robot stuff was going to be a cake walk. - Andy A. [more]

Re: FIRST Music

Alright, here's a huge list that I always hear:

Cotton Eye Joe - Rednex
I Gotta Feeling - Black Eyed Peas
The Time (Dirty Bit) - Black Eyed Peas
Party Rock Anthem - LMFAO
Whip It - Devo
You Shook Me All Night Long - AC/DC

And there are also the classic FRC competition mascot dance songs, such as:

YMCA - Village People
Cha Cha Slide - Mr. C
Cupid Shuffle - Cupid
Jump On It (Apache) - The Sugarhill Gang
Electric Slide - The Hit Crew
Crank That (Soulja Boy) - Soulja Boy

I got every one of these on my iPod, because we plan to play FRC music at our scrimmage, rather than boring radio music. And the dance songs are for a dance session, to give the teams some relaxation time.
