Dont see how since it looks to lift vertically. The piece doesnt move horizontally so it would be the same amount outside the entire way up.

Correct.
The ball holder is lifted vertically, and then turned to almost 90 degrees. Therefore, it will not violate R02, and will only be something like 13'' outside the frame perimeter.

Alright, got it! Sorry, I thought it swung around the top part of the frame -- glad to see that it doesnt
