Is the "foot" just to provide a boost to cross the barrier? We need to do something similar.
We also considered, but have yet to try, using feet to stabilize the robot for shooting while not in the "key." So long-range, or short-range shots can be made without being pushed by an opponent. |

dude,
Thanks for sharing what your team has come up with this year! That arm, when retracted is kissing the frame edge is it not? I'd be VERY careful when manufacturing those parts. I request a slop factor of 1/2" when getting something that close to the edge. VERY, VERY nice! |

I think the plan is to use the crawl to get into shooting position, etc.
