My Favorite rule. :)

I like rule # S10 "The only projectile alowed is the BIN, TUB, CONTAINER, CAN" Yup.... I love that rule........... INCOMING!!!!!!!

yes there is a rule about that, i dont know exactly what it is but i remember it dealt with the top of the bin coming off..i think it might mean DQ but dont quote me on that

I agree

I think it goes under destruction of the playing field, and is automatic DQ. Here we go, DQ7 states that if any part of your robot damages the playing field that the referees can disqualify you. Hope that Helps

but if your robot breaks them....you also get dq'd. i don't think its very smart to be launching them anyways....

Probably wouldn't do much damage. If the bins are as light as they look, they won't fly very well.

bins breaking

this is going to be a major problem this year. today at the kick off there were two already broken just in the demonstration that they did. i talked to woody and he expects to go through a lot of them.

They are rather light, but they fly fairly well.

They were about $4 a piece at a local Walmart (San Jose, CA), and Jason Morrella was selling his personal stash at $5 a piece at the San Jose State University remote kickoff.

but is there not always a chance that the container take out like an arm or something? though unlikely, how would the ruling be if you broke somethin of the other teams'?
