Anyone know what is the link to submit the Chairmans video of this year?

Have I to post the video of Chairmans in the site of the FIRST?
If I have, can anybody help me, because I can't find the link to post the video.

The rest of the submission is submitted through TIMS.

Close, Eric. The rest of submission is submitted via STIMS by a student who has been designated as an Awards Submitter.

Actually, it is through TIMS that the student submitter is selected (determined), as I believe was the intent of that specific post.
