Lightbulb How many times can you score a round by balancing?

I've just been wondering, because I don't think I've seen it in the rules anywhere, but I know you can balance on the bridge, but if you successfully balance on the bridge, can you attempt again by getting off then getting onto the bridge again to score more points?

The bridge current state is counted for points after the match ends.

Yeah, I am wondering the same thing. The rules did not specify on that...

The scores for the bridge aren't assessed until the end of the game. Those last 5 seconds between the end of the match and the final score are for those last balls mid-air when the buzz goes out and for robots on the bridge, so I highly doubt you could balance more than once.

Re: How many times can you score a round by balancing?

[G40]
When the final score is assessed per [G37], a Balanced Alliance Bridge will earn points based on the number of Alliance Robots completely supported by the Bridge, per Section 2.2.5, as follows:
# of Robots Qualification Elimination
1 10 10
2 20 20
3 20 40

So the scoring is assessed based upon the final state of the bridge. Any bridge interactions (aside from penalties) prior to that during the course of the game do not affect the score.
