MSC and SPI Parts Usage

I'm a little foggy on this. May we use anything from the MSC catalog as long as it's not an exotic material or over $400? Does it sort of take the place of how Small Parts was last year? Also, we can still use Small Parts for anything or just Additional Materials list?

If you reffer to page 43 of "The Robot" section of the manual, you will find the Restricted Parts List. Apart from this list, the only other restrictions are pricing restricitons.

The only restrictions on suppliers are mentioned in the Restricted Parts List.

For specific documentation stating this, refer to rules K1 and K2 on page 23 of "The Robot" section.
