Kinect Konnection Katastrophe!

Our team is trying to connect the Kinect on the Classmate since my other programmer's laptop worked. I have installed the Kinect SDK Beta 2 and the FRC Kinect Server. I have seen the drivers in the device manager, disabled and reenabled them, and install direct x runtime. When I open the skeletal viewer, it says that I need to make sure that DirectX installed. I have need the Kinect Kiosk with a default screen and the Driver Station (DS) has no connection.

There will be a blinking green light on occasion, but I am confused.
