Alright, I know we can withold up to 30 pounds of fabricated material. Can we also withold our cRIO, camera, range finder, and gyro?

Sure! As long as you haven't made any modifications to them or assembled them with anything else, they won't count towards your 30-lb limit. If you have modified them or assembled them with anything else, then they'll count as a Fabricated Item and against your 30-lb limit.

Note: Soldering PWM wires or connectors to an ultrasonic sensor or gyro will count as modifying it and it will be a Fabricated Item at that point.
