Need help getting spike relays working

Code:

Relay hopper;

hopper(1);

if(joybutton(1));
{
  hopper.Set(Relay::kOn);
  hopper.Set(Relay::kForward);
}

It doesnt do anything at all.

How do I get the spike relays working to test?
