T-Rex 145 scoring 3 balls in one shot.

Wow that was cool. A bit slow though hope you guys can get some more driving practice in before your competition.

We plan on driving all day tomorrow. Working out the kinks before putting it in the bag!

Good Luck to you.

Same to you, we are putting the final touches on our robot along with driving practice. Hope it does well in the regional.

Re: T-Rex 145 scoring 3 balls in one shot.

Hope you don't get pushed out of the way while scoring, but if you can get the balls ready to go before you load them into the dumper, you should be a great position to do very well at RIT. Getting 6 guaranteed points per trip (plus auton) isn't shabby in the least. See you at FLR!

Re: T-Rex 145 scoring 3 balls in one shot.

Do your balls get knocked out if you get pushed around? Or are they pretty secure in their resting spot? Can't really tell from the video.
Either way, looks good, can't wait to see it at FLR!

In case you didn't know already your bumpers can only have your team number written a max of 4 times, and looking at your robot I counted five. Just thought I would let you know in case you haven't fixed that yet.

I wouldn't be worried about robot-robot contact moving the robot while it is pressed against two angles that are perpendicular. In-fact, if another robot COULD move a robot in this position, I would be very impressed.
However, robot-robot contact may provide enough of a "jiggle" to knock balls out of the system.
