Wiring Banbots RS-775

Hey guys I had a question on how to wire the banebots RS-775 for 18v. I am not electrical savvy in FIRST(Pneumatics is my thing) so I am unsure how or if we can do this. If you are not able to do this, does that mean, that we wire it for 12v? If that's the case doesn't this effect the performance of the motor? All help will be appreciated. Thanks.

The 775-18 is rated for operation at 18 volts.

It is intended to be operated at 12 volts for FRC.

The specs located here are for the 775-18 being run at 12 volts.

Re: Wiring Banbots RS-775

Thanks for the feedback, this helps us determine if we want to replace our shooting motor when we get to the competition. Got a lot of thinking to do.

Keep in mind that the specs here are the specs for 12 volt operations, not 18. That makes the RS-775-18 the 3rd most powerful motor available (unless you can find a better one at an ARA place that is within the rules.
