cRIO connection error

I am connecting from a mac with a windows partition. I enter this partition and I am able to connect to the modem, but not the cRIO. I am still able see the camera for some reason. Could anyone help me?

assuming by modem you meant radio, then you may want to check the cables you are using between the radio and the cRIO. additionally, make sure the cRIO IP is set to 10.te.am.2 in your robot project.

For example, I am on 418, so my cRIO is at 10.4.18.2 .

Is the Macs IP address correct? It should be 10.te.am.9

Have you tried connecting your computer straight to the cRIO with a crossover cable? Can you ping the cRIO from the computer?
