does the app calculate OPR with or without penalties?

FRC Spyder does not calculate OPR. Our focus is match results and rankings. Maybe in the future.

On another note, any news about a possible Blackberry version?

Nope. None of us have a Blackberry and we're too busy with work & other projects to take on another platform.

Will there also be an FRC Tracker this year?

That's not developed by us, but Tom tweeted a couple days ago that he submitted the new version to the App Store.
