The correct measurement is 5 inches. This is found by taking the 10" height of the bumper zone and subtracting 5 inches, the thickness of the bumper.
The bottom of the bumper must be between 2 and 5 inches from the floor (derived from rules); the entire bumper must be between 2 and 10 inches from the floor (rules). |
