Disconnect all the CAN cables, connect the serial cable to one of the Jaguars. Make sure it's connected to the serial port (left side with 1010 on it). Turn the power ON and make sure the Jaguar shows a solid yellow light, meaning it can communicate through the serial cable to your BDC-COMM tool on your laptop. If it doesn't, pick another Jaguar or even a brand new Jag. If none of them work, I would suspect your serial cable/PC serial port.

Also check your connectors, while I've yet to see this myself, several teams have posted pictures of the connectors with the pins damaged or bent into odd positions (seems to be a manufacturing problem recently). I suspect that this might mean they'd sort of work for a bit...then stop working because you aren't making good contact.
