File Conversion

We were able to convert our .wmv file to a .mov file BUT the video won't play. We don't know why!

How did you convert the file? Did you use a program or just rename the extension?

We did convert the file from a .wmv to an .mov. It opens with QuickTime.

It's simple: use VLC and convert through that.
