Re: How to setup wireless communication between classmate and robot
I just followed that document to the letter but kept getting stuck right before the part where I use the laptop in order to change the settings of the newly reset d-link.
My issues seems to be that the laptop can send information but is not recieving anything. Everytime I try using internet explorer or mozilla firefox to log into 192.168.0.50 I get a timed out error. I've tried using a crossover cable and using an ethernet cable, no difference. I've tried reseting in different settings(bridge, AP, and auto) and no difference. This was solved by our first programmer but as maybe you know, hes gone. No clue how to fix this. Any ideas? |

Re: How to setup wireless communication between classmate and robot
You will only be able to communicate with 192.168.0.50 if your computer's IP address is set to something on the same subnet. We typically use 192.168.0.6, just because we're used to our development computer's address ending in 6.
